:: PRACTICE SPECIALTIES ::

I have over 15 years experience as both a therapist in private practice, and as a child custody mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court.  I specialize in helping families adjust to the emotional, financial, and often overwhelming changes that divorce and separation bring to their lives.  My mediation work is geared to helping parents develop parenting plans that focus on their family’s needs, rather than have a court-imposed solution. For the last 10 years, I have also helped facilitate PACT, the court’s separation/divorce parent education class.  In my private practice as a therapist, I work with families, as they deal with the adjustments to separation.  The work may be with the parents only, but often involves including the children individually and then, family sessions.  Both parts of my professional life have prepared me for all the interesting and exciting challenges that collaborative law brings.
