Gerry has assisted over a thousand persons as an educator and therapist and now as a divorce coach and child specialist.  Having experienced the trauma of divorce firsthand without this alternative being available at the time, Gerry particularly empathisizes with the pain involved.  Gerry’s compassion, insight, training and experience can guide you, can empower you throughout the divorce process, so that in the end, you can go forward with your life as emotionally whole a person as possible.

• In a divorce case recently, a couple with two young children was helped to develop a parenting plan in which the children spent adequate time with each parent.  This couple was also enabled to preserve their financial resources, instead of spending them on a time-consuming and costly court battle.

• In another case, a family with three teenage boys, a father who often worked long hours, and a stay-at-home mom, was guided to develop a parenting plan that addressed the diverse needs of teenagers, the father’s work schedule, and the mother choosing to pursue a long-desired career.  This family could have experienced a very painful and costly divorce in court, but instead experienced a divorce that appropriately addressed everyone’s needs.
